Job summary

H&R Block is looking for a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to support the operational readiness of its tax office network. This role involves ensuring offices are fully equipped and aligned with brand standards by providing operational and technical support. Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple office locations, along with delivering supplies in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction and exercise sound judgment in a field-based environment.
• Ability to lift and move office equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Basic technical knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and closure of seasonal tax offices.
• Perform routine maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues and maintain inventory.
