Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer to support day-to-day field operations, including ground clearing, tree removal, vegetation management, and general labor duties. This is a temporary seasonal position lasting approximately 6-10 weeks.

The role requires occasional out-of-state travel, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and the ability to lift 50–60 pounds in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Mowing, weed-eating, tree removal experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal background check.
• Ability to travel out of state.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Performs mowing and weed-eating.
• Performs weed cutting and removal.
• Tree cutting experience is a plus.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
