The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, CA is seeking a Seasonal Festival of Lights Kiosk Worker to join our team during the holiday season. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience at our festive kiosk, assisting guests, handling transactions, and supporting seasonal operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, detail‑oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs, work under pressure, and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel, events, amenities and directions for guests.
• Assist in creating unique and creative retail displays.
• Be proficient with the POS system for transactions.
• Maintain organized stock and assist with ordering as needed.
• Balance cash handling and maintain the house bank.
• Ensure area is clean and well‑presented.
• Identify guest needs and resolve issues creatively.
• Follow accounting guidelines for receipts, totals and tips.
