Job summary

H&M is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor in Myrtle Beach to welcome customers, provide fashion guidance, and actively sell products. You’ll help maintain a clean sales floor, support omni experiences, and promote loyalty programs while representing the H&M brand with enthusiasm.

You will work within a dynamic team, manage garment care and stock replenishment, and participate in ongoing onboarding and trainings to grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in fashion and trends to guide customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide shoppers through the store.
• Promote products and drive sales while delivering the omni experience where available.
• Present fashion trends and sustain store appearance and organization.
• Engage with customers to highlight loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and uphold store procedures and safety rules.
