Job summary

Western Sugar Cooperative in Lovell, WY is seeking seasonal, full-time workers to support our campaign season. No experience is required as we will train the right people; you must be willing to work rotating 8+ hour shifts on your feet and pass pre-screen and drug testing.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with opportunities for advancement and overtime. There is potential to stay on year-round at the end of the campaign season, and a safety-minded team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Willingness to clean and maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn sugar factory processes.

Responsibilities

• Be a safety leader with solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership.
• Commitment to regular attendance.
• Process Helper – willing to learn multiple positions.
• Actively communicate with the Shift Supervisor and all Team members.
• Requires multi-tasking, good organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; read and understand technical manuals.
• Ability to work within a rotating or fixed shift schedule.
