Job summary

Western Sugar Cooperative in Billings, MT is hiring for our campaign season running August through February. This entry-level position offers $19.50 per hour with opportunities to advance as you rotate through shifts and potentially stay year-round after the season.

No experience is required as training is provided. You will work 8+ hour rotating shifts, pass pre-screen and random drug testing, and contribute to a safe, clean production area while learning multiple roles.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn the In-depth knowledge of the sugar factory processes.

SEASONAL, $19.50/HOUR (40 HOURS PER WEEK + POTENTIAL OVERTIME)

We are looking for people to join our Western Sugar Team!!

We are now hiring for our Campaign Season that runs roughly August through February.

No Experience necessary as we will train the right people –

• $19.50 an hour starting pay with many opportunities to advance to different positions with increased pay.


• Must be willing to work rotating 8+ hour shifts on your feet.


• Must be able to pass Pre-screen and Random drug screen testing


• Potential to Stay on year around at the end of campaign season.
