Job summary

Gfoat is seeking a seasonal Building Manager to oversee all aspects of facility operations under general supervision. The role reports to full-time staff and supports management of events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of sports management work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the facility, coordinating key access.
• Oversees event setup and takedown.
• Supports administration of facility operations and supervises Event Assistants.
• Greets visitors and provides information to patrons and program participants.
• Monitors all areas for appropriate use, participant behavior, and security; enforces facility policies.
• Oversees custodial duties and performs light maintenance (cleaning, dusting, windows, trash, entryways).
• Monitors cleanliness and promptly reports issues to management.
• Responds to emergencies per established procedures.
