Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Supervisor, Food & Beverage at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach seasonal FOH staff, monitor sales, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while collaborating with the F&B leadership team for a high-performing, guest-centric operation in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising food & beverage staff.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a seasonal FOH team.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Supervises food and beverage staff and daily operations.
• Monitors sales and suggests strategies to hit targets.
• Ensures venues are ready for service and handles guest inquiries.
• Coaches seasonal FOH/FB team and conducts pre-shift meetings.
• Maintains cash handling and POS closeouts; supports safety standards.
