Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Seasonal-Full Time Manager, Restaurant, at the Holland America Denali Lodge in Alaska. You will lead front-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a premium lodging and cruise partnership environment.

Responsibilities include supervising as a working leader, coordinating with management, and maintaining high standards across F&B venues, with a focus on service excellence in a dynamic Alaskan setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Associates Degree in Hotel and Restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years' experience in similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in multiple F&B outlets.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Train, coach, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure operational excellence and high levels of guest satisfaction.

With a combined fleet of ships, lodges, motor coaches, and domed rail cars, we specialize in blending comfort and adventure while advocating for the environment. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of service and operations are maintained across the front-of-house food and beverage operations, embodying our company’s values at every level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age of 21 is required
• Associates Degree in Hotel and Restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience
• Three years' experience in similar position
• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Three years' experience in similar position
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in multiple F&B outlets
• Have current or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handlers Card and TAPs card
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
