LOVB Austin is seeking an Events and Operations Coordinator (Seasonal/Temporary, Full-Time) to help plan and execute home matches, events, and team operations in Austin, Texas. The role supports the Senior Manager of Operations and Community by ensuring venues, equipment, and event materials are organized and ready for use.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced sports environment, with hands-on event setup, execution, and breakdown experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Previous experience supporting events, sports operations, or venue operations preferred.
• Experience with event setup, equipment management, or inventory management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with load-in, setup, and preparation for all LOVB Austin home matches.
• Oversee teardown and breakdown following all LOVB Austin home matches.
• Support the planning and execution of non-match LOVB Austin events, activations, and other team activities as needed.
• Assist with event-day operational needs to ensure events are executed efficiently and successfully.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact between LOVB Austin and venue personnel during matches and events.
• Respond to operational needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Operations and Community.
