Job summary

LOVB Austin is seeking a Community and Fan Experience Coordinator (Seasonal/Temporary, Full-Time) to support community engagement and fan experiences. The role partners with the Senior Manager of Operations to plan events, identify partnerships, and staff activations, including concourse activations at home matches.

The ideal candidate is organized, community-minded, and passionate about women’s sports. The position requires in-person presence at matches and events in Austin, with a schedule

Qualifications

• Passion for advancing women’s sports and community-centered sports models.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fans, partners, staff.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of LOVB Austin community events, programs and activations.
• Identify and research potential community partners, organizations and opportunities.
• Coordinate event staffing, materials, setup, and onsite execution.
• Oversee concourse activations during home matches and ensure staffing and execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for event staff supporting events and activations.
• Coordinate staffing needs, assignments, and onsite communication for events.
• Support fan experience and engagement throughout matches.
• Identify opportunities to improve fan engagement and event experience.
