Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LOVB Austin community events, programs, and activations.
• Research and partner with community organizations and events.
• Coordinate event staffing, materials, and onsite execution.
• Oversee concourse activations during home matches and ensure staff readiness.
• Maintain organized information on events, partners, and staffing.
• Adapt to live event needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
