Job summary

Worlds of Fun in Kansas City is seeking a Seasonal Events & Execution Assistant to coordinate Group Sales and Sponsorship events. You will serve as the liaison between clients, sales teams, and park departments, helping deliver seamless events and memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll lead day-of event execution for corporate outings and youth programs, handle event orders, catering, and data entry, and support onsite sponsorship activations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (if 18+).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events.
• Lead day-of event execution for corporate outings and group events.
• Ensure event orders, catering, billing, and data entry are accurate.
• Support onsite sponsorship activations and align with agreements.
• Maintain central communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
