Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Bristol, TN is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events, assist with short-term assignments, and help drive a memorable holiday shopping experience for guests.

You will engage customers, promote programs, help with outdoor skills workshops, and join a variety of on-site events while maintaining a safe, organized work area. High school or equivalent required; friendly, customer-focused teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment, with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist customers in buying decisions by identifying needs, making recommendations and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events and store activities.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops and participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
