Job summary

Seaport Entertainment Group is hiring for Enchant Christmas at Las Vegas Ballpark. You will be one of the holiday helpers delivering magical guest experiences each night, working across roles from Guest Services to the Ice Skate Shop and more.

Compensation is $18-$19 per hour, temporary/seasonal, with training dates to be confirmed and show period Nov 18–Dec 30, 2026. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is required; minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Spread the magic by greeting guests and sharing information about Enchant attractions.
• Guide guests with wayfinding, parking and entry to ensure smooth navigation.
• Distribute giveaways and support sponsor activations and contests.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety and event setup within your zone.
• Communicate with team and other departments to keep operations seamless.
• Address guest concerns promptly and proactively to maintain high spirits.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
