Las Vegas Ballpark, part of Seaport Entertainment Group, is hosting Enchant Christmas 2026 and seeks friendly, energetic staff for guest services across several festive roles. You’ll help guests navigate the venue, support attractions, and contribute to a magical, safe experience.

Ideal candidates are punctual, flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays, and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour for a temporary seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with holiday cheer and provide helpful information about Enchant attractions.
• Assist with wayfinding, parking and entry to ensure smooth navigation.
• Distribute giveaways, support sponsor activations and festive activities.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety and functionality in your zone and help with setup.
• Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to keep operations seamless.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to maintain high spirits.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold event standards.
