  • Keep the Magic Sparkling: Ensure each area is show‑ready—decorated, clean, safe, and functional. Inspect signage, stanchions, props, and décor to guarantee every detail adds to the magic.
  • Communicate Clearly: Distribute radios and scanners, manage event communications, and ensure staff understand assignments. Act as the go‑to contact for addressing escalated guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
  • Collaborate Like Santa’s Workshop: Parter with photographers, vendors, security and other departments to deliver seamless event operations and a magical atmosphere for all.
  • Problem‑Solve with Holiday Spirit: Adapt quickly to challenges, keeping both guests and team members in high spirits while ensuring safety and efficiency.
About You:
  • Proven Leadership: Experience supervising, motivating, or mentoring a team in events, hospitality, retail, or guest services.
