Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association is seeking upbeat Special Event Staff for summer operations at Northwoods Clubhouse, Truckee, CA. You will help with event setup, guest service, and activity support in a fast-paced recreation environment.

Position offers seasonal hours, performance-based advancement, and access to association amenities, including a gym membership and discounts on food, beverage, and retail. Join a fun team and help deliver memorable events.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of relevant experience or training in recreation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are recommended.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, partners and staff.
• Assist members and guests with information regarding events and recreation activities.
• Assist with setup, coordination, and dismantling of event props, signs, and equipment; maintain area and supplies.
