Job summary

National Western Stock Show in Denver, CO seeks an [Seasonal] Event Services Associate to support event operations. The role includes hands-on tasks such as setting up and tearing down events, cleaning, and basic maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work well in teams. The position reports to the Director of Legacy and is an on-site, seasonal role with long shifts during Stock Show.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with event setup, janitorial work, or general maintenance preferred.
• Willing to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of events, including equipment, furniture, and signage.
• Perform janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, trash removal to keep spaces clean.
• Complete general maintenance tasks as needed for facility upkeep.
• Ensure a safe, orderly environment following policies; address hazards promptly.
• Work on your feet; frequent lifting; outdoor work in varied weather.
