Varsity Spirit is seeking a Seasonal Assistant Operational Support in Elkridge, MD, for 20 hours per week from Sep 2026 to May 2027. This onsite role requires travel 2–3 weekends per month during the event season, Oct–Apr, to support warehouse, logistics, and event coordination teams.

You will assist with inventory, registration, and on-site event activities while upholding Varsity Brands' values and delivering customer service. Some evenings and weekends are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a warehouse is preferred.
• Prior experience in cheer/dance industry a plus.

Mansioni

• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and inventory management.
• Assist Logistics Coordinators with inventory control, transportation, and supply chain activities.
• Support Event Coordinators and Event Planners with event preparation, organization, and execution.
• Assist Production Coordinators with event logistics, equipment management, and operational readiness.
• Provide customer service and data entry support for registration processes.
• Perform general administrative, clerical, and office support duties.
• Serve in various operational and support roles at events as needed.
• Assist with and, when appropriate, lead event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution activities.
