Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Dishwashers to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. You will care for kitchen operations, washing dishes, sanitizing spaces, and supporting food service to ensure a safe, hygienic guest experience.

The role requires ability to work evenings and weekends, with shifts around 6:00 pm to 1:00 am. The team offers weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• Night transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, and clean and sanitize garbage cans.
• Must be able to clean and sanitize the dishes and utensils in a timely manner.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, dispose of trash and lift as part of the shift; ensure sanitizer levels meet health standards.
