Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal dishwashers to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Kitchen Helper and Utility Worker you’ll keep dishware, cookware, and work areas clean to support a safe, high-quality dining experience.

Shifts run 6:00 pm to 1:00 am with pay of $15.25 per hour. We offer weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• Night transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
• Must be able to clean and sanitize the dishes and utensils in a timely manner
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, disposing of trash and lifting are tasks to be completed every shift ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet the specific requirements for health standards
