• Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs, placing items above and below head height.
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen items.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, and cooking area.
