Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Staff member for our BVDC distribution center supporting The Men’s Wearhouse and Joseph A. Bank e-commerce operations.

The role focuses on processing merchandise, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining quality customer service in a busy fulfillment setting. You will stock, pick, pack, tag, and assist in inventory cycles, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in production/distribution/warehouse preferred.
• Must be able to pass basic math and have good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in designated picking/stocking locations by SKU.
• Quickly and accurately pick inventory to fill customer requisitions and orders.
• Packaging merchandise for customer orders, including inspection for quality and accuracy.
• Tag or re-tag merchandise as needed.
• Perform inventory cycle counts of products/merchandise as required.
• Meet production standards set by management.
• Provide immediate feedback to management regarding discrepancies.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and supporting company goals and objectives.
• Promote safe work practices to ensure a safe work environment and report safety issues.
• Assist in all other areas of the distribution center.
