Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Staff for Tuxedo Shipping to support our warehouse operations. You will handle packing, labeling, scanning orders, and preparing shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, additional education is a plus.
• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Experience in production, distribution, and warehouse environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary programs.
• Working knowledge of Oracle reporting software.
• Strong English language and good communication skills.
• Commitment to quality and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipments by assembling, protecting, labeling and determining best method of shipment.
• Scan orders, complete packing slips, Bills of Lading, and shipping driver logs; unload/load merchandise.
• Enter data into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other computer programs.
• Sort outbound cartons, maintain shipping lanes and process outbound cartons using small parcel shipping.
• Receive and stage shipments in designated locations and verify against shipping documents.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy of each shipment and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect and ensure quality control on inbound and outbound goods; report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records; report damages to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist with other duties as needed.
