Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking seasonal staff for the Flat Processing Department at BVDC in Houston, TX. The Flat Processor will ensure timely processing of merchandise with attention to accuracy, safety, and productivity while supporting a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of processing experience in a high-volume distribution center or production environment.
• Ability to read labels and locations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming merchandise and put away or store merchandise/products.
• Process goods in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards.
• Select, gather, move, and inspect merchandise and products from one location to another.
• Sort, organize and store merchandise in designated location.
• Tag and re-tag merchandise as needed.
• Operate a hand-held RF scanner to process merchandise.
• Inventory merchandise manually or using RF equipment.
• Meet production goal standards set by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
