Job summary

Clarity Care Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our residential homes. Full-time and part-time shifts available; no experience required. Paid training provided to help you start making a difference from day one.

You’ll support Members with daily activities, meals, personal care, and community outings, building independence and meaningful relationships. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork, and offer benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Encourage Members to make choices and develop skills.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support promoting dignity and independence.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Help maintain a clean home through housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany Members to social activities and community events.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure consistent, person-centered care.
• Complete required documentation and communicate updates regarding Member care.
