Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. in Oshkosh and Green Bay, WI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for residential group homes. This role offers full-time or part-time shifts with flexible schedules and paid training, with starting pay up to $18/hour and a $1/hour weekend premium.

No experience required; training provided. You’ll assist Members with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation and community outings, helping them build independence and enjoy meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet driving standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.
• No prior caregiving experience or certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and other daily activities per care plans.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Encourage Members to make choices, develop skills and work toward personal goals.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support promoting dignity and independence.
