Job summary
Clarity Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for residential group homes in Oshkosh and Green Bay. You will support Members with daily living activities, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and community outings to help them build independence and lead fulfilling lives.
No experience required; paid training is provided. Earn up to $18/hour based on experience, with a $1/hour weekend premium.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent education, or relevant life experience.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance.
- No prior caregiving experience required; paid training provided.
- Ability to perform personal care and daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Members with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and daily activities.
- Provide mobility and transfer support using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Encourage choices, skill development and goal progress.
- Create a safe, welcoming home through housekeeping and meals.
- Support participation in community activities and outings.
- Complete required documentation and communicate updates to supervisors.
