Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Rapid City is hiring for a non-CDL, local driving position. Employees can work up to 150 days during a defined season.

This position offers the opportunity to drive multiple new model cars while ensuring safe delivery to customers. A valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age are required, along with good driving record.

Potential employees must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may work full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination safely.
• Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems.
• Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
• Practice safe driving to prevent injury and damage.

Seasonal Position

Schedule

• Wednesday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Location: 4550 Terminal Road, Rapid City, SD, 57703. Pay starts at $11.85 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance; ensure proper oil, tire, and fluid levels.
• Maintain proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline if needed.
• Complete paperwork associated with pick‑up and delivery of vehicles.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• May be asked to clean vehicle and/or keep bus clean during shift.
• May be asked to assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading/unloading, and basic policy/procedures.
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness to prevent injury to others and damage to vehicles in operation.
• A variety of vehicles are driven in all weather and road conditions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
