Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a seasonal driver in Helena, MT. This local driving position involves delivering vehicles, assisting customers, and completing vehicle paperwork. Hours are part-time, with shifts typically 7am–7:30am, up to 25 hours per week, three days per week.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license with a clean driving history for the past few years, and US work authorization. Up to 150 days in a defined season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days during a defined season.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance.
• Ensure proper fuel level and fill with gasoline if needed.
• Complete paperwork for vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• May be asked to clean vehicles or keep bus clean during shift.
• Assist customers with directions, car options, and luggage loading/unloading.

This position is located at 3015 Prospect Ave, Helena, MT, 59601.

Schedules

Start time between 7am-7:30am part time (up to 25 hours a week) 3 days a week (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
• Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levels
• Ensure proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline, if needed
• Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• May be asked to clean vehicle and/or keep bus clean during shift
• May be asked to assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading and basic policy/procedures
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness in order to prevent injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
• A variety of vehicles are driven in all weather and road conditions

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
