Williams-Sonoma, Inc in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Clerk to support safety, reporting, and warehouse operations on a Sunday–Thursday shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm. You will work across departments, gather information, publish DC reports, and assist with load planning while upholding our values.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and strong verbal/written communication. OT and flexible schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC ) process of Supply Chain Management.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
• Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments
• Gather information, prepare, update, and publish DC reports
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed
• Close UPS manifests as neededAbility to research and publish OS&D reports as needed
• Assist Lead with load planning as needed
