Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, productivity, and attendance in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role involves training, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage resources effectively, and prior leadership experience. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent, preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates positive relationships with staff and across departments.
• Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed and that resources are managed efficiently.
• Implements employee development plans and conducts regular evaluations and coaching.
