Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance efforts in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role focuses on maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork, while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with policies.

The successful candidate will oversee training, discipline when needed, and development plans to foster growth across the department, within a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
