Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead warehouse teams, oversee safety, training, production, and attendance, and drive high standards in accuracy and customer service. Qualifications

• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Leads with proactive communication and cross-functional cooperation across departments.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure continual growth of staff.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures compliance at all times.
