Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role trains staff, develops workgroups, and ensures compliance with department and government requirements while maintaining high standards for accuracy, service, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead across levels, and experience in staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
