Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance in a warehouse setting. The role trains staff, maintains high standards of accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork, and fosters collaboration across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures by all employees.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
