UPS is seeking a Seasonal Dispatcher Coordinator to assist with Small Package dispatch activities, planning, and staff coordination. You will oversee load and tractor planning, monitor movements, and help ensure service, safety, and cost goals are met.

This role requires collaboration across teams to maintain staffing and equipment levels for transportation needs. The position includes yard operations oversight, trailer inventory checks, and coordination with drivers to ensure proper trailer

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.
