UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal dispatch planner to assist with planning and reviewing UPS Small Package dispatch activities, ensuring timely service while maintaining safety and cost goals.

The role involves coordinating with drivers, yard operations, and equipment planning to optimize load movements and staffing levels. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) and the ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience in dispatch planning or logistics preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and assists with dispatch activity and planning to meet service goals.
• Oversees load and tractor planning and assignments; monitors equipment movements.
• Coordinate with drivers and yard operations to ensure correct trailer inventory and locations.
• Reviews driver hours for regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations where needed.
