Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, rinse, sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely according to training.
• Follow manual washing procedures for items not machine-washed.
• Check items for cleanliness and damage before use.
• Maintain organized, sanitary dishwashing areas.
