Job summary

The Polo Room Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a premier dining experience.

In this full-time role, you will wash and sanitize items with commercial equipment, assist with prep, and collaborate with the kitchen team while upholding health and hygiene standards. Health insurance and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with effective communication.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, disposing of waste, and cleaning equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
