Responsibilities

• Sort, scrape, and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Load items into dishwashing machines or wash items by hand as required.
• Unload, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Rewash items not properly cleaned before storage or use.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks and machines.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for events and private functions.
