Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen, storage, dining, and dishwashing areas clean and organized.
• Removes trash, sweeps, mops, and stocks supplies.
• Keeps dishes, utensils, and cookware clean using warewashing standards.
• Ensures dishwasher and related equipment operate safely, reporting issues to leadership.
• Provides courteous guest service in dining areas and maintains a clean environment.
• Supports safety and health guidelines, including ServSafe standards.
