Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and dishwashing station.
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, stock, and organize areas as needed.
• Clean all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper warewashing standards.
• Ensure dish machine operates correctly and report issues to leadership.
• Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas as needed.
