Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care RN for the Seasonal Nursing Pool to deliver patient‑family centered care across hospital units, demonstrating assessment, communication and clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.

You must be an ASN holder, licensed RN in Florida with BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP as applicable, and commit to a 12‑ to 24‑week schedule, working three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• ASN, licensed RN eligible to practice in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool contract with 12–24 weeks commitment and 36 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend.
