Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from our hub store to Pop-Up Retail locations in grocery stores and malls within the local area. The role offers flexible hours during the holiday season and a casual team environment. Candidates must safely operate a 14 ft.

to 26 ft. refrigerated truck, hold a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card, and be able to pass pre-employment DOT checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check, and DOT background check.
• Knowledge of current DOT requirements.
• Age 21 years or older; CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to pick up product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the start of each delivery day.
• Secure products in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart for in-store delivery.
• Remove expired product and return to home store.
• Complete delivery manifests and ensure accurate counts and returns.
• Maintain temperature logs to ensure food safety standards.
