PRIDE Industries is hiring a Delivery Account Manager to support customer service, order processing, inventory management, and scheduling across client sites. The role involves replenishing product at customer facilities and vending machines, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers in business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team.
• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Intermediate computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills.
• Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload product into assigned vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and align with customer needs to grow relationships.
• Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimize excess inventory.
• Track data and documents, provide follow-up, and obtain necessary information from external sources.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle to transport products to designated locations.
• Follow routes and schedules delivering products to customer sites in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues using provided guides.
• Prepare and process outbound orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
