Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Delivery Account Manager to handle order processing, customer relations, and sales support for nationwide customers. You will load and deliver products, manage inventory, and maintain win/win relationships with clients.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is essential. This onsite role involves coordinating with third-party customers, navigating routes, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while supporting inventory management

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics or planning.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective team relationships.
• Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Intermediate computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and strong customer service skills.
• Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product safely into the delivery vehicle.
• Grow customer relationships by understanding PRIDE’s capabilities and customer needs.
• Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software.
• Track data and documents, follow up, and obtain necessary information from external sources.
• Safely transport products to designated locations and follow efficient routes.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues using provided guides.
• Prepare and process outbound orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
