The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to join our Grocery, Front End, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments in Sarasota, FL. You will assist guests across departments and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include providing extraordinary service, practical product knowledge, and working across departments to support guests, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Must be passionate about providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16, or 18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent guest service with product knowledge and cross-department assistance.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Weigh, scan, cash handling, and provide change when appropriate.
• Gather carts and assist in housekeeping.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions while maintaining quality.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
