Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support our stores across several departments, including Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter areas in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. Join a friendly team and help deliver excellent guest service, merchandise products, handle cash, and prepare fresh meat and cheese items while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age; 18 years of age in Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Preferred qualifications: experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Safely weigh and scan products, handle cash and give change where appropriate.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with general housekeeping.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat meal solutions while maintaining quality.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
